How do we achieve true leadership transformation? It begins with our goals. Learning is important but it's never the goal; lasting behavior change in your leaders is the goal and our promise.

True leadership development takes time, so our programs run for a minimum of six months and your leaders are supported every step of the way with engaging group learning, timely feedback, and monthly 1:1 coaching.

Emotional intelligence training and coaching for every participant to strengthen their emotional intelligence (aka the master leadership skill).
Debrief with your executive leadership team at the end of the program to identify any noteworthy themes and lessons learned.

Program includes, for up to 10 participants:

Initial planning session with your executive leaders and interviews with your program participants to identify the specific goals and objectives for your business and leaders.
6 months of engaging, high-impact leadership development for your leaders based on your customized plan.
One two-hour training workshop per month; if there are two separate cohorts, each receives one two-hour session.
Individual 1:1 coaching every month for each participant (50 minute sessions).
360 degree anonymous feedback for your program participants to inform and inspire their growth.
